Welcome to our Nightmare...
After a 1/2 mile hayride out into the wilderness, you will be dropped off to start your journey into madness.
Here your deepest fears will be revealed as you walk the over mile long trail encountering our beasts and
freaks along the way. Clowns, mazes, monsters, and terror await you at every turn. If you survive the
trail, a wagon waits to take you back to The Apple Cabin where you can purchase refreshments including
our famous carmel apples and cider.
2010 will be our 18th year of serving up thrills and chills in the same location!
First opened in 1993, Nightmare in the Wilderness is Medina County's premier haunted attraction, and one
of the most recognized in Northeast Ohio. Since we first put on our costumes and make-up, the "Psycho Path"
has almost doubled in length and actors. We currently have 80+ actors on our trail, many who have worked
for 7+ years, and some who were there since year one!
Our customer base has grown to include people from Cleveland, Akron-Canton, Ashland, even Columbus.
We also get repeat customers from out of state!
